Bulbs and strands can go out mid-season from weather or wear. If that happens, just reach out, and we'll come back out and fix it as part of your installation, at no extra charge.
Once the season wraps up, we schedule a takedown visit, carefully remove every strand and clip, and leave your home looking exactly like it did before we arrived.
